At the new Heubeck Dining Hall with its state-of-the-art kitchen, you can choose from our new culinary stations that include the Cucina Verde entrée station, Global Green exhibition station, Stockpot soup station, Double Treats desserts, Toss-Up salad station and Sammies Deli. Heubeck is a real hot spot for students and faculty looking for a cooked-to-order meal with an emphasis on sustainable foods.
