Stimson Dining Hall
This dining hall is located in Stimson Hall and is the residential, all-you-care-to eat dining facility. It offers a wide variety of foods and exhibition stations including pasta and pizza made-to-order, global specialities prepared in front of the guest, a main plate area that features vegan, vegetarian, and farm to fork specialties. A rotisserie adorns the carvery area and the grill food is also cooked-to-order.
