Brattle Café
Brattle Café located on the Lesley/EDS campus at Washburn Hall. Hours are from 7 am -3pm Monday –Friday.

The Brattle Café offers a daily variety of soups, hot entrees, salad and deli bar, beverages and desserts.

Breakfast 7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Lunch 11:00 a.m. - 2 p.m.

 100% Fair-Trade, Organic, Shade-grown and Hand-roasted Coffee.  Pura Vida donates 100% of its net profits to at-risk children in coffee growing countries.  Fresh baked pastries and your favorite smoothie compliment our offerings

 At Bon Appétit fresh is our focus.  So each of these soup offerings are always slow-cooked from fresh stock, one kettle at a time.

To communicate Bon Appétit’s efforts in the area of social responsibility we created a program called Circle of Responsibility.  It is designed to give you information about our kitchen principles and how they affect the environment, the community and individual well being.

Main Street Café displays a board that highlights the mission of the program as well as our kitchen principles.  The board also holds brochures that underscore the details of Bon Appétit’s socially responsible commitments.

In addition, a well being newsletter is published monthly.  “Well Being This Month” includes topical information such as assessing your diet, fueling an active body and how to eat a balanced vegetarian diet.

Another aspect of the Circle of Responsibility program is the labeling of certain foods in the café.  Icons have been developed to indicate which dishes are low fat, vegetarian, vegan, organic, etc.  Definitions of what each icon stands for are included on the board, in the brochures and throughout the café.
