The popularity of la cucina italiano has never been greater, and this station is inspired by classical as well as contemporary styling of the Italian kitchen. We incorporate the northern staples of butter, cream, risotto and polenta in addition to predominant pasta and olive oils of the southern regions. From Genoa's traditional Basil Pesto to Venetian Polenta and the Isle of Capri's Insalata of Tomatoes and Mozzarella to Sardinia's Catalan Style Tuna, as well as traditional flat breads made famous by a man from Naples, the Station Giro d'Italia offers regional fare from all points of the land where the lemon trees bloom.

Our daily lunch and dinner fare encompasses food from around the equator. Many of the foods will reflect the flavors and spices of Latin America, Mexico, Brazil and Venezuela as well as many islands of the Caribbean.
