The 1847 Room
We welcome Otterbein faculty and staff to The 1847 Room, where they may enjoy an eclectic menu variety in a casual buffet dining setting. Our Guest's can choose to feast their way through the buffet, which will change daily to reflect the bounty of the season. Enjoy the abundant salad station selections freshly prepared each day, or savor a delicious made from scratch soup. Our entrees will excite your taste buds, specially created each day by our formally trained team of chef's, and designed to be as nutritious as they are delicious. We will even prepare your personalized entree right before your eyes at our exhibition station. Be sure to save room for one of our hand crafted desserts, made especially for you by our pastry chef.
