We offer many classic favorites and daily specials designed to tickle your palate
Grill on the Hill offers daily grilled entrees, rotisserie meat and poultry items, favored American short order grill fare and soon to be our own signature sandwiches such as Philly cheese steak sandwiches, vegetable burgers and patty melts, among others. Our beef is naturally raised, fresh ground chuck. Beef and poultry products we use are free of antibiotics and artificial growth hormones. You will easily find the grill from the sizzle and delectable aromas floating about campus.
Panini Press provides many options for students in the mood for a classic Italian sandwich. Choose from selection of specialty sandwiches, maybe our Cubano (roasted pork, smoked ham, Pepper Jack cheese, pickles and spicy mustard on a garlic ciabatta roll) or an ultimate Grilled Cheese (Swiss, Cheddar, Provolone and Pepper-Jack cheeses on tomato focaccia bread). Of course, the perfect sandwich may be customized by choosing from a wide selection of meats, cheeses, spreads, toppings and breads.
Soup and Salad features a variety of daily soups made from scratch. Like all good restaurants, we make our own soups that simmer slowly all day with vegetable trimmings, to extract the maximum of their savory flavors. Signature, tossed to order salads are freshly prepared by our chefs. Our salad options are the absolute in food that is alive with flavor and nutrition. Our first choice is to purchase seasonal and regional produce from local farmers within a 150 mile radius.

Starbucks Coffee and Coffee Drinks. Time to re-charge? Bon Appétit proudly hosts a Starbucks coffee bar featuring a full range of Starbucks beverages. From Caramel Macchiatos to Iced Chai Tea Lattes, this station will quickly become a part of your morning routine or afternoon break.
Desserts. Enjoy a warm beverage. Share a treat. Suddenly the day is new again and what better way to start or end your day, than with baked goods? Freshly baked muffins, cinnamon rolls, pastries, doughnuts and sticky buns help start your day; while cookies, cakes and pies offer a sweet treat any time the need arises. For those on the go, we offer a variety of classics conveniently packaged in a parfait. Strawberries and cream, chocolate brownie pudding, or pudding swirls, are a few of the tasty eXpress items our chefs are creating.
