Farm to Fork is a company-wide initiative to buy locally. Our first choice is to purchase seasonal and regional ingredients from within a 150-mile radius your café. Food grown locally – |Is fresher, better tasting and often has greater nutritional value | Preserves bio-diversity | Protects open space | Supports family farmers and keeps money invested in your community Committed: Bon Appétit aims to spend at least $.20 of every dollar with small local farmers and artisans.
